Now it recognizes the headset and the headphones themselves are enabled and working, but the mic is shown as Not Plugged In (and it is enabled). ![]() My PC wouldn't recognize the headset, but then I installed the High Definition Audio Device software. The headset I'm using is a Sennheiser G4mer Zero. It's a Satellite P75-A model, the processor is an Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU 2.40GHz, the installed RAM is 8GB with 7.76GB usable, and a 64-bit operating system. I know there are a lot of these already posted, but I figure maybe giving the specifics of my PC and such will help get me an answer to finally solve WHY my laptop doesn't recognize the fact that my headset's microphone is turned on. ![]()
